DR. GALZARANO'S UNIQUE ULTRASOUND TREATMENT FOR "TRIGGER POINTS":

Four years ago, Dr. Galzarano learned about a research study in Europe that led him to develop a unique approach for treating "myofascial trigger points".  Trigger points are areas of lower grade tissue (mostly scar tissue) that form among the normal muscle fibers.  We all get them to one degree or another.  When triggered by stress, overexertion, or cold (among other causes) the area becomes a painful nodule that can refer pain over a broad area.  Trigger points can cause painful symptoms such as headaches, neck and back pain, shoulder pain and mimic sinusitis, sciatica, or even heart attack.
